**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional hair styling services including cutting, colouring, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Perform barbering services with precision and attention to detail.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer personalised recommendations for hair care and styling.
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet salon targets.
- Mentor junior stylists by sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their professional growth.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in barbering techniques is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Strong front desk management abilities including appointment scheduling and client communication.
- Experience in mentoring or training junior staff is an advantage.
- Strong upselling skills to promote salon services effectively.
