**Contracts Manager - High End Fit out - London**
A leading High End Fit Out company is looking to add a Contracts Manager to their team.
The successful Senior Site Manager will join a small team specialising in High End Fit Outs throughout the Hotel, Restaurant and Office sectors. You will be office based and projects are predominantly London Based.
The company have a solid pipeline of works and offer a secure and long-term position.
This is a great opportunity to work in a face paced environment in some of London's most prestigious locations.
**The Contracts Manager's Role**
The successful Contracts Manager will be based in the office in London.
You will be responsible for day to day contracts management of 2 to 3 projects at any given time.
**The Contracts Site Manager - Requirements**
- 2 Years + Contracts management in Construction - High End Fit Out Experience is beneficial
- Hotel or Restaurant or Office Fit Out Experience
- Excellent organisational & team management skills
- Good computer skills
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to manager 2 / 3 projects at any given time
