As a BD & Marketing Coordinator you will join the BD & Marketing team in the London office of a very successful law firm which has a relaxed, down-to-earth and friendly culture where Lawyers and support staff at all levels treat each other with a genuinerespect and value the skills and knowledge that each team member brings to the table. In this role you will support all efforts relating to the Firm's marketing initiatives in Europe and firmwide. The coordinator is responsible for proposing and executing creative ideas for marketing and business development purposes, in collaboration withthe Senior Business Development & Marketing Managers and Specialists.

**Some essential functions**:

- Organises, executes and supports Firm-sponsored webinars, seminars and receptions for clients and prospective clients in the region.
- Works closely with lawyers and senior colleagues on event logistics, including invitations, nametags, handout materials, site management, speakers, visual presentations and follow-up.
- Coordinates event ticket requests for client entertainment purposes.
- Liaises with lawyers to produce and distribute client communications, including new lawyer announcements, invitations, updates and newsletters, including posting to website.
- Assists in the drafting, editing and maintenance of lawyer bios.
- Helps identify relevant regional speaking and other credentialing opportunities for our lawyers, assists in the production of required materials.
- Leverages firm technology such as InterAction (contact management system) to document and track all client and prospective client outreach.
- Collaborates with the creative team to produce collateral materials that support sponsorships and advertisements.
- Supports special projects as requested by (Senior) Business Development & Marketing Managers and lawyers.
- Supports on social media posts and related metrics.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications or marketing.
- Minimum of three years relevant experience in event planning, marketing or communications.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Demonstrated writing, editing and proofreading skills.
