**Salary**: From £14.50 per hour for training period (higher depending on experience)

Cygnet is a multi-site catering company based in Scotland, providing high-quality food and service across busy visitor attraction sites. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Area Supervisor to join our team and oversee operations across our Midlothian and East Lothian locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working at different sites ensuring sites are running smoothly
- Lead, support and motivate site teams to deliver 5-star customer service
- Ensure high standards of food hygiene, health & safety and site management
- Organise staff rotas and provide cover when needed
- Maintain clear communication between sites and management, reporting to management
- Drive operational efficiency across all locations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in hospitality/catering management
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Valid UK driving licence (travel between sites required) mileage / petrol paid
- Up-to-date Food Hygiene certifications
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as required
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
