Customer Care Coordinator

**The Company**:
A Growing SME based in Pontypridd, covering all South Wales. We offer Plumbing, heating & Sprinkler solutions to a wide range of new build clients, with additional arms of the business offering servicing & breakdowns, plumbing work, and construction services to private customers. We are looking for someone to join our team and support our business growth.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Diary management of Field Engineers
- Managing phone lines
- Pricing and producing quotations for clients
- Liaising with suppliers on pricing and delivery of materials
- Reporting to clients on job progress
- Ordering of stock
- Adhoc administration support to commercial and construction teams.
- Involvement with special project
**The Person**:
This would be a great career move if you have previous experience in an office administrator or customer services role, combined with;
- Excellent Communication skills
Effective and flexible time management, with the ability to prioritise workload and deliver to deadlines
A one-team attitude, with the ability to support your colleagues and the business
utilising a number of systems and programs
**Job Types**: Full-time / Part time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000-£24,000 per year
