This is a newly created role in the digital advisory team who are looking for a Guru of Agile, to help coach and train the business on everything Agile. This is a strategic role and requires someone to come in and help to define and improve agile acrossthe business whilst supporting a team of Scrum Masters across tribes. It requires someone who is comfortable influencing the most senior people across the business and is happy to make high-level strategic decisions.

**Day-to-Day**
- Responsible for the maturity, efficiency and governance of a portfolio of squads
- Lead a pod of consultants in the execution of Large-Scale Agility transformations
- Supporting Digital Advisory leadership with the development of offerings, building customer relationships, developing account strategies, sharing knowledge, and mentoring those around you.

- Persuasive and effective communicator
- Solid understanding and practical experience in agile delivery of software / digital projects
- Evidence of leading on continuous improvements
