Page Personnel are working with a well established business in Stoke on Trent, recruiting an experienced Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk to join them in a standalone manager role.

**Description**

The duties include:

- Managing purchase ledger processing start to finish
- Management of sales ledger and invoicing
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Aged debt reporting
- Deal with supplier and invoice queries
- Supplier ledger corrections on Sage50
- Ensuring accuracy of labour and purchase invoice costings
- Ad-hoc financial reporting
- Subcontractor and CIS compliance
- Exposure and introduction to management accounting
- Any other adhoc monthly and day to day finance duties

**Profile**
- Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
- Be able to run purchase ledger independently - Essential
- Have used Sage 50 - Desirable
- Be a strong communicator and highly organised - Essential
- Have experience with CIS and subcontractor payments - Desirable
