***What will I do?**

Our Security team play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests and staff have a safe and enjoyable day out at THORPE PARK Resort.

You will be based in either our Front of House or on-park teams (or both) and be a role model for exceptional guest service and professionalism.

No two days are ever the same for a Security Officer at THORPE PARK Resort. We promote a diverse culture as well as a vigilant and confident approach to the role.

**Core responsibilities will include**:

- Conduct bag checks and personal searches

Support at the Front of House, greeting guests and running our entrance security operation.
- Patrol the resort adopting a proactive approach and supporting other teams as needed.
- Respond to incidents in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with emergency services and the on - site First Aid team to ensure a smooth operation in any emergency response scenarios.
- Protection of company assets as required
- MUST have an SIA Door Supervisor licence to apply
- Must be over the age of 18
- Be able to use De-Escalation skills and conflict management in conjunction with SIA training to help ensure good outcomes to any incidents as required.
- Crowd management skills are essential.
- Remain flexible in relation to working hours.
- Be approachable and confident
- Willing to drive standards
- Motivated to work closely with other departments on a daily basis.
