Accounts Assistant

Managing the accounts mailbox
- Uploading invoice documents onto their system
- Input purchase invoices onto their system
- Ensuring invoices are entered in time for monthly costing report
- Liaising with buyers over queries
- Assisting the accounts team with other daily duties when required
**The successful Accounts Assistant will have**:
- Experience within an office environment
- Excellent numeracy, IT and literacy skills
- Ability to form strong working relationships across all areas of the business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
