**Machine Operator - Brewery**

**Location**: Runcorn, Cheshire
**Salary**: £48,500 per annum
**Shift Pattern**:

- Week 1: 2 days, 2 nights - 5 days off
- Week 2: 2 days, 3 nights - 4 days off
- Week 3: 3 days, 2 nights - 5 days off
- ** Enjoy 2 long weekends off in every 4 weeks**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our team at a large brewery in Runcorn. As part of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that packaging machinery operates efficiently and that quality control standards are consistently met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and manage packaging machine processes.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth machine operation and reduce set-up time.
- Prepare and organize the production line for shift handovers.
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards.
- Perform autonomous maintenance tasks such as cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating machinery.
- Quickly respond to and resolve any technical or operational issues during shifts.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize production efficiency.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
- Must have a minium of 2 machine operator experience
- Strong understanding of machine operations and basic maintenance.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a shift pattern including days and nights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
