Our client, a large educational institution in Bolton are currently on the search for a Facilities and Health & Safety Manager to oversee FM service delivery across the estate. You will join the management team which manages an estate which stretches acrossthe city. You will lead on the delivery a full estates and facilities management service (Hard & Soft) to the estate.

Key Purposes for the role of Facilities, Health and Safety Manager:

- To ensure that the organisation complies with relevant health and safety legislation.
- To ensure that health and safety is embedded within all areas of the organisation
- To advise and proactively work with all organisational departments to mitigate risk.
- To develop training resources for staff and learners as part of the company induction process.
- To manage the work of the Estates Teams
- To manage the facilities function which includes soft facilities, maintenance and Health and Safety.
- To ensure compliance within the Estates and Health and Safety Function
- To work with external agencies and contractors in line with Safe Contractor policies and procedures.
- To undertake procurement for best value for money
- To ensure the College buildings and facilities are maintained to a high standard across all College sites.

In return, our client is offering a salary up to £42,000 per annum.
