**The Programme**

**The Role**

The Content Sales graduate fulfils a junior sales role within the Content & Media sales team. This role exists to assist the Account Directors with day-to-day tasks, thereby allowing them to focus on the more complex aspects of their role, and so to boost sales. Using communication as well as administrative skills, and showing a relentless attention to detail, the Sales Executive will undertake specific tasks under the guidance of the Account Directors, within parameters agreed with the Sales Director. Enthusiasm, high energy and a willingness to learn is essential. The role includes interaction with the customers, and with other departments of euNetworks. Success in this role, combined with a demonstration of aptitude in sales may lead over time to a more direct sales role.

**What will you be doing?**
- Taking day-to-day ownership of certain accounts, under the guidance of a senior Account Director
- Leading in selected customer calls/meetings
- Maintaining updated and correct operational contacts in SF across the customer base
- Processing disconnect orders in SF
- Analysing upcoming services reaching end of term, providing input to forecast disconnects
- Managing the flow of IP forms
- Leading on billing, credit-check and credit note issues
- Work with marketing to produce a Content customer-focused newsletter / build a catalogue of great customer stories
- Ensure material in customer shared folders is updated
- Market and customer data collection (e.g. relevant Gartner reports and major customer investor reports)
- Ad hoc assistance of the team, such as production of service inventories from SF

**We'd like you to bring to us.**
- Ideally an interest in and knowledge of the telecommunications area, coupled with a strong desire to quickly learn more about the core Content & Media business
- A relentless attention to detail
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- A Bachelors degree with a 2:1 or above.

**Interview Process**

**1**st** Stage**: 45minute Zoom interview with a Senior Sales Manager and a member of the Talent Team

**3**rd** Stage**: Assessment Day (planned for w/c 21/11/22)

Introduction from a member of the Leadership Team and the Senior Director HR.

There will be a slide for you to prepare prior to the assessment day, which will be used as part of group presentation exercise in the morning.

The afternoon will be interviews with the department management team, introductions to the other members of the Pricing Team and the opportunity to speak with employees who previously took part in the graduate programme or wider early careers programmes.
