The role will initially be capturing Data from one system into the new MS Dynamics system for reporting purposes. You will use data capturing and reporting tools to extract the necessary data, create reports, and use the data to support the management teamto drive efficiencies in the production, purchasing and operational departments.

The role of a Production 'Data Capturing’ Analyst will include:

- Compilation and reporting of Production and Company KPI's.
- Sourcing, collating, cleansing, formatting, automating, analysis, presentation & communication of data.
- Extracting data from the ERP/MRP system into MS Dynamcis and Excel spreadsheets
- Provision of data analysis support to support continuous improvement projects.
- Production planning & scheduling activities.

Other duties as the role evolves, will include:

- Writing Operational Instructions
- Building and Constructing Bill of Materials (BOMS) to feed into purchasing, manufacturing and sales divisions
- Looking to continually improve efficiencies - in the factory OEE
- Liaise with the IT department to make Data Based improvements
- OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) Measuring and reporting on manufacturing productivity.

Skills required for this Production Analyst role:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a production / manufacturing environment
- High level of mathematical and statistical ability
- Advanced level MS Excel and Database / ERP / MRP capability
- Strong ability to analyse, model and interpret data
- To be inquisitive and have good problem-solving skills
- To have great interpersonal, communication and teamworking skills

To be successful as a Production Data Analyst, you will have the confidence to make decisions, have a methodical and logical approach to tasks, high attention to detail and have the ability to work independently while working to deadlines.
