Now, let's talk about the job. As our Solar Labourer, you'll be the right-hand person to our Lead Solar Installer. We're looking for someone who's polite, tidy, efficient, and can work as part of a well-oiled team. You'll be helping install solar panels for all sorts of clients - from farmers to fancy hotels, big businesses to cozy homes.

Here's what you'll be up to:
Helping out with top-quality solar installations

Getting projects done on time and looking sharp

Keeping the work area clean and safe (because nobody likes a messy workplace, right?)

Charming our customers with your excellent service

Working with your teammates like a pro

Sending paperwork to the office electronically (and on time, please)

Spreading the solar love by dropping leaflets in the neighbourhood we're working in

Now, don't worry if you're not a solar expert yet. If you've got experience in roofing, electrical installs, or solar, that's awesome But it's not a deal-breaker. We're more interested in your problem-solving skills, eye for detail, and ability to chat with customers. Oh, and if you've got an ECS card and DBS check, that's a bonus
