The Job
- Writing of job adverts and adding to all available job boards
- Building projects for specific role with the aim to arrange calls to discuss opportunities
- Formatting of CVs on brand for WeComm
- Ensuring you are delivering against your pledges to your line manager - CV sends, Interviews arranged etc.
- Ensuring EVERY detail is uploaded onto our CRM system to ensure **WE** are future building

This side of the business is really where I want, **WeComm **to stand out - Gone are the days cold calling from a yellow page (Yes, I have been in the sector that long) Business Development is not just about winning quick business - I want WeComm to be recognised for its long last relationships.
- The key part of this role is developing a greater understanding for all your clients to ensure we are matching not just for skillset but cultural fit.
- Meeting regularly with clients to always be bettering your relationships.

Within this part, I don’t believe a Job Specification is warranted - **WE** will work a plan with every person and will offer training and support to ensure this side of the role is successful

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
