An exciting opportunity has arisen for dedicated Housekeepers to join the team at The Warwickshire.

We operate a 4 star 56 bedroom hotel at The Warwickshire as well as two championship golf courses and a health & fitness club.

We are in a rural location (Leek Wootton) so no public transport is available.

Staff accommodation is not provided.

**ROLE AND** **REQUIREMENTS**

You will work under the Head Housekeeper and Housekeeping Supervisor to consistently achieve the service and product delivery with a high degree of client care and service at all times, according to the agreed standards.

Various hours available - shifts are over 7 days per week from 9am - 3pm

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
To ensure that all bedrooms are serviced and laid out to the Company standards as well as regular checks on public area cleanliness & deep cleaning as and when required

To treat all guests and colleagues in a polite and courteous manner at all times and to give full co-operation to any guest or colleague requiring assistance in a prompt, caring and helpful manner

To demonstrate a pride in the work place and a high level of commitment

To adhere to hotel and company rules at all times

To perform all tasks to a consistent and correct standard

To keep the public areas clean and tidy

To report any guest complaints, comments or problems to your manager or supervisor on duty

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Previous hotel work preferred but not essential as full training will be given
