**Job Title**: Receptionist & Administration Coordinator
**Location**: Manchester, UK
**Salary**: £23,500 per annum

Due to rapid growth within the business, we’re looking for a Receptionist & Administration Coordinator to join our amazing Restart team at The B2W Group This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation making a difference within the community.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Ensure that all visitors have a positive experience on arrival at the office, providing a warm and friendly welcome. Answer the telephone and accurately record messages ensuring that they are relayed in a timely manner.
- Booking and maintaining all meeting rooms and associated equipment within the office (e.g. Projectors, screens, flipcharts), ensuring there is sufficient meeting space for internal staff and external visitors.
- Responsible for the maintenance of all office equipment (e.g., printers, franking machine) and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely resolution of problems, as well as ordering and maintaining an appropriate stock of stationery for the office and keeping the stationery areas in good order for all to use.
- Support regions with arrangements for Petty Cash paperwork and distribution, maintaining complaint Petty Cash processes, including ordering and reconciliation, and investigating and resolving anomalies.
- Maintain accurate records to support the teams within the regions in line with company procedures, supporting with Compliance checks and ensuring a high quality customer experience.
- Previous front of house receptionist experience in a busy professional environment, coordinating events, both internal and external, including logistics and coordination of the event.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, as well as general knowledge of IT systems.
- GCSEs in English and Maths.
