Social Care Network Solutions Limited provides the unique, ground-breaking CHARMS, secure, online system to 80% of fostering and adoption agencies in the UK and Ireland.

We are currently looking to recruit a Co-ordinator to join our team based in Manchester. The Co-ordinator role is pivotal to the successful, planning, organisation and delivery of all our projects.

This opportunity is perfect for individuals who are looking to make a difference and be part of a team that supports social care service providers across the UK.

The person that we are looking for must be proactive, highly motivated and possess the skills required to deal with multiple complex projects, often running at the same time. They will primarily be supporting our account managers, as well as others, both internally and externally to ensure the successful delivery of all our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

Coordinating customer projects

Booking user training

Liaising with customers and project leads

Organising staff diaries

Implementing project plans

Booking hotel and travel arrangements

Recording HR procedures for staff

Maintaining/updating project documentation

Attend project meetings

**Essential Skills Required**

Experience of manging multiple projects at the same time

Experience of communicating with customers

Ability to form constructive working relationships with colleagues and clients

Ability to prioritise

Excellent time management skills

Experience in planning and organising multiple projects

Proactive attitude, with the willingness to undertake any task that is required
