Mobile Cleaner/supervisor

Supervising Site Cleaner required for Glasgow and Surrounding areas Transport provided. Builders and sparkle cleans of new properties. Maintenance of welfare facilities or show homes within these sites.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Onsite Supervision for a team of cleaners across several sites in and around Glasgow
- Working closely with the team to maintain and encourage a high standard and efficient delivery of services
- Client contract performance reviews
- Staff performance reviews
- Cleaning duties
- Deep cleaning
- Recording and enforcing time keeping, shift patterns and break times
- Train new employees
- Ensure both the site and employees are working within current health and safety guidelines
- Create and maintain a purposeful, orderly and productive working environment
- Cover staff absences if required
- Allocate tasks as best suits the service

Experience is essential.

Must have a full clean driving licences for at least five years for access to company vehicle.

Minimum 20 hrs over three or four days per week between Monday - Friday. Extra hours usually available. Times flexible between 8 am - 4 pm

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour

- cleaning: 4 years (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
