Quality Improvement Engagement and Operations

We are looking for an organised, motivated, and enthusiastic individual who is passionate to see on going incremental improvement in the care offered to people accessing our services and systems in Dorset.
A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes including Outlook, Word Excel and experience of current digital and media approaches are central to this role. You will help create and maintain interesting and professional materials, in a range of media, for different audiences to support Trust-wide Quality Improvement promotion/awareness and shared learning. These skills, partnering with a curiosity to learn and grow as part of our dynamic and innovative quality improvement team, will give opportunity for personal development, job satisfaction and the knowledge that you are making a difference to the experience of our staff team as they continue to give outstanding care within our Trust.

The post holder will co-ordinate, maintain and support the development of the Trust wide QI programmed ensuring the delivery and promotion of Quality Improvement within the Trust, including day to day support to the QI team, planning and co-ordination of a range of improvement activity, training, and engagement events
The post holder will help create and maintain interesting and professional materials, in a range of media, for different audiences to support Trust-wide QI promotion/awareness, specific improvement activities and share learning.
The QI team have a strong emphasis on all team members working flexibly and the post-holder will need to be agent/s for change and model the behaviours essential to developing a culture of continuous improvement and learning
