**Job Title**: Shopkeeper - Mobile Phones & Electronics Store

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales & Customer Service:

- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and accessories.
- Explain product features, specifications, and pricing to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Buying & Selling:

- Inspect and evaluate used phones, laptops, and tablets for resale.
- Negotiate prices with customers when buying or selling used devices.
- Ensure all bought and sold devices meet quality standards.
- Stock & Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and update inventory regularly.
- Order new stock and accessories as needed.
- Organize and display products attractively in the store.
- Cash Handling & Transactions:

- Process payments via cash, card, or digital payment methods.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure proper cash management.
- Store Maintenance & Security:

- Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Monitor store security to prevent theft and fraud.
- Report any security concerns or technical issues immediately.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail, sales, or mobile phone/computer shops is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and accessories.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and inventory management.
