**Entry Level - Trainee Recruitment Consultant**

**Salary: £25,000 basic + £45K year 1, £65K Year 2 and £100k year 3**

**Location: London**

This is a sales role You will need to be a natural sales person and have the ability to persuade people.

You will be working for a company that is over 250 people strong and ever growing You will be given award winning training and support from day one to become the best recruitment consultant you can be.

**You will be**:

- Cold calling to win new clients
- 360 degree selling
- Negotiating
- Closing deals
- Strong academics with a 2:1 or above in their chosen degree OR direct sales experience
