Senior User Researcher

We have a new role for a Senior User Researcher to join a household name organisation in London.

They are currently involved in a large digital transformation project putting digital front and centre in everything that they do so you will be involved in some really interesting work, from discovery through to the end product.
- To be considered you should have several years' experience in User Research and Service Design.
- You should be an excellent communicator and be able to build strong relationships with users
- You should have strong experience with UCD principles and have solid Lean/Agile experience
- You should be used to designing for different touchpoints
- You will promote best practice in user research and user design across the organisation
- You will help to mentor more junior members of the team

The role will involve holding workshops for requirements gathering, having meetings with stakeholders to produce insights, mapping user journeys using wireframing, sketching and prototyping in order to create superb user interfaces etc.

You will identify areas for improvement too and will work closely with product managers, UX designers and other stakeholders to produce the desired outcomes.

This is a hybrid role so you will only need to be in the office one day per month.
