Admin Clerk

We a recruiting an Admin Clerk to work for our worldwide logistics client with a site in Fradley Park (WS13)
This is an initial 13-month maternity cover with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Hours of Work :0800-1630
Days of Work: Monday to Friday

Full role description.
**Export**
**The collation of standard and customs-related documentation from UK suppliers, system data creation for said shipments (ASN / EDI) and submitting created data and documents to customs to create clearance for exporting goods to mainland Europe for BMWGerman plant facilities.**
**Various troubleshooting with document and data correction and mínimal truck tracking for customers.**
**Import**
**I am receiving occasional queries from BMW UK to check the delivery status of shipments for BMW (and Rolls Royce) UK plant facilities. Also occasional support for delivery document creation for deliveries between DHL Lichfield UK and BMW UK plant facilities.**
**No experience with customs is expected although experience is desirable.**
**Moderate + experience with Microsoft packages - Excel/Outlook/Word**
**Administrative experience is desirable, but not essential as we offer comprehensive training packages.**
