About the Role

As a Technology Improvement Leader, your purpose is to drive efficiency and productivity by identifying and implementing process enhancements across the technology ecosystem. This position is a member of the technology organization and a member of a team accountable for ongoing process improvements, best practices, agile coaching, metrics and dashboarding and internal escalations.

The role will also take ownership of managing continuous improvement initiatives within the technology space as well as taking leadership of implementing one-off improvement initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Taking ownership for leading the deployment of existing and new service architectures across the Product portfolio
- Leading the implementation of individual, ad-hoc initiatives and projects to deliver continuous Process Improvement activities
- Partnering with Infrastructure Architecture teams and external vendors to resolve global incidents and change issues
- Developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with Commercial and Technology colleagues, stakeholders, and teams
- Creating live products monitoring and escalation procedures for all LNIP products
- Defining and implementing system performance monitoring.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching, and implementing successful resolutions
- Demonstrate Agile coaching experience
- Demonstrate process improvement skills.
- Have proven knowledge of change management principles.
- Have the ability to identify root cause analysis facilitation and management
- Have the experience to create and understand metrics dashboard
- Have experience of developing and implementing successful change and improvement initiatives
- Have excellent knowledge of service architecture and change management principles
- Demonstrate experience working with Azure DevOps/ Confluence restructure and administration.
- Demonstrate experience working with Aha or similar product roadmap tools
