Experienced End of Tenancy/deep Cleaner

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform deep cleaning of properties, ensuring all areas are left in immaculate condition for new tenants or property inspections.
- Clean to the highest standard, including kitchen appliances, bathrooms, carpets, windows, and other key areas.
- Use professional cleaning products and materials to achieve the best possible results, while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Inspect properties to ensure compliance with landlord and estate agent standards for end-of-tenancy cleaning.
- Identify and address any cleaning requirements not visible at first glance, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- Work efficiently and autonomously or as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
- Handle and maintain cleaning equipment safely and in good working order.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience (4+ years) in **end of tenancy** and **deep cleaning**.
- Extensive knowledge of the best cleaning products, materials, and techniques for a variety of surfaces and environments.
- Ability to assess what constitutes a thorough, extensive clean and ensure every area is properly addressed.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- **Reliability** and **good timekeeping** are essential. You must be able to adhere to schedules and complete tasks on time.

**Preferred**:

- Valid driving licence (for travel between job sites).
- Previous experience working with landlords, property managers, or estate agents.
