**What are we looking for?**

We are looking to recruit a highly effective Store Manager for our Flagship Store in Southwold who will be leading from the front to inspire, develop, create and innovate our teams to provide excellent customer experiences.

We have significant aspirations for the execution of the retail proposition in Southwold and we are seeking a leader to create an experiential and exciting retail destination for our customers in Southwold and the surrounding locations while growing thebusiness in a sustainable manner reflecting Adnams values.

You will have a genuine and knowledgeable passion for our products and be an experienced retailer. With exceptional customer service and leadership skills you will have the ability to lead your team through our new proposition to deliver the shopping experiencewe pride ourselves on.

To achieve success you will be results driven to maximise the stores opportunities to grow sales and meet the needs of future company growth. With an eye for creative merchandising you will ensure our shop is beautifully presented and welcoming to our customers

You will be required to work weekends, be flexible and hold a full UK driving licence.
