**About Us**

We’re a growing fitness business with three gyms across South Manchester. Our mission is to help people become stronger, fitter, and more confident — and we’re looking for a personable, organised **Sales & Marketing Consultant** to join our team and help us welcome even more members.

**The Role**

This is a **sales and outreach role** with a strong customer-service focus. You’ll spend your time:

- Calling and following up with **warm leads** who’ve enquired about joining.
- Using our **CRM system** to track, manage, and nurture prospects.
- Doing **outreach and reactivation** with our existing database.
- Posting occasionally on **social media** and engaging with local community groups.
- Booking client **inductions** and passing on key info to the coaching team.

You’ll play a vital role in making sure every potential client feels welcomed, listened to, and supported from the very first conversation.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Confident, personable communicator with a **great phone manner**.
- Strong **listening skills** and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Organised and detail-oriented — comfortable staying on top of CRM data.
- Target-driven with a desire to be rewarded for performance.
- Sales experience useful, but not essential — **we’ll coach you**.

**Hours & Location**
- **30 hours per week** (5x 6-hour days, flexible).
- Mix of **remote work** and office time in Timperley (WA15 7UR).

**Pay & Benefits**
- **£14.10 per hour** (approx. £21,450 per year pro rata).
- **Performance bonus**: Earn up to **£500/month commission** based on sales (target 39 sales/month across our 3 gyms).

Expected total on-target earnings**:£22,000-£27,000 per year**.
