**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years in a nursery setting.
- Develop and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.
- Observe and assess children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and well-being.
- Manage daily routines, ensuring a safe and clean environment for all children.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the nursery.
- Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare are essential.
- Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Leadership abilities to guide and support other team members effectively.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for potential off-site activities or training sessions.
- First aid

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.46 per hour
