Salary £23893 to £25979 per annum

This is a hybrid role with a mix of home and office-based working at Trafford Town Hall in Stretford.

Our HR and Payroll Transactions Team process approximately 8,000 salary/contractual changes every month, from a diverse customer group of police officers, council and police staff, teachers and leisure employees.
- Strong customer service skills. Many of our customers are also our colleagues and we want to work together to resolve their queries
- An excellent communicator who can deliver clear messages to customers
- Previous experience, preferably in a HR Shared Service or payroll environment
- A passion for customer serviceExperience of using Microsoft office, outlook, excel and word
