Looking for a varied HRBP role where you are not directly aligned to a designated business area? This opportunity instead has overall responsibility for the delivery of all HR support/employee lifecycle activities alongside leading on a number of site widestrategic topics including Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusion and Digitalisation. Our client, a renowned global engineering / manufacturing business, is looking to appoint an HRBP to join their high performing HR team on a 15 month FTC basis to cover maternity.
The key requirements for the role is for an HR Generalist practitioner who has a high level of agility and capability to manage multiple topics and projects, with a strong drive for continuous improvement across all aspects of HR activity and adept at HRISand reporting. You will be working really closely with the Head of HR but will be empowered to own your areas of responsibility and define and drive changes to improve the employee lifecycle delivery and the strategic elements.
The successful applicant will ideally be available to start before mid-June. Background wise this would ideally suit either a strong Senior HR Advisor with some prior managerial experience looking to take the next step up the ladder or an experienced HRBusiness Partner who has a have high level of credibility to influence and drive projects to implementation across the business.
**Key Skills Required**:
- CIPD qualified
- Generalist HR experience including coaching, relationship management, communications, absence, capability, conduct, L&D, and resourcing across all levels of the organisation
- Strong business stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Project Management experience
- Working knowledge of current UK employment legislation and employee relations
- Experience of change programmes and proven track record of delivering HR projects
- Results orientated
- High energy and naturally collaborative approach
- Adept at problem solving, with an ability to persuade and influence at all levels
- Passion for continuous improvement (organisation and self)
- Flexible, responsive and highly customer focused
- Emotionally resilient and able to plan and deliver at pace
- Effective prioritisation of workload to meet stretching deadlines
- Able to demonstrate confidentiality, tact and diplomacy
- Comfortable in a fast paced global environment
- Good attention to detail
- Advanced PC skills with confident and strong demonstrable experience of working with Excel, SharePoint, Adobe and HR Systems/databases
- Experience of managing people, including developing, motivating and assigning work to others
