Temporary Customer Service Advisor

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a service driven individual to join our manufacturing client on a temporary basis.

The role may suit a student looking for a summer job role.

**Daily Responsibilities**:

- Preparing quotes and orders in line with customer enquiries and agreed internal parts processes
- Managing purchase order dates
- Managing enquiries in line with internal and external customer SLA’s
- Managing engineer’s parts requests and updating all relevant internal systems
- Paperwork processes and management
- Building and enhancing relationships with both internal and external customers by using your natural ability to liaise effectively at all levels

- Proven customer service skills - call handling inbound /outbound
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Problem solving skills
- Strong IT skills - MS Office
- Ability to work to meet deadlines
- Strong and accurate administration skills
- Strong interpersonal skills - giving instructions, clarifying information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
