**Senior Buyer.**

**North West Quality Housebuilder.**

**Basic £50,000 - £55,000 + Car / Allowance + Benefits + Bonus.**

We are delighted to be instructed to appoint a Senior Buyer on behalf of a design led luxury housebuilder. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director your role will be to manage the procurement of all materials within the region, ensuring the best competitive rates, within budget and delivered to the build programme.

You will be responsible for
- Developing and maintaining effective supply sources
- Preparing accurate quantities and materials schedules
- Issuing out enquiries and analysing quotations
- Placing orders for material and plant for the housing developments
- Maintaining purchasing information system, including house type changes and price increases
- Working closely with the commercial team to prepare the working budget

You are an experienced, organised buyer who possesses excellent negotiation skills. A natural communicator, you will have a comprehensive understanding of MS Excel, Word and working drawings. Experience of working within the residential / built environment is essential.

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
