Care Assistant

For this role, though we have a number of others available, we are specifically seeking a Waking Night CAREGiver working with a small team of colleagues to support clients who need a bit of reassurance during the night in order to keep them in their own home, the place they cherish the most.
Your role will include:
- Being ready to provide reassurance for a client if they wake during the night
- Doing light cleaning duties ready for the client to wake up to in the morning
- Preparing breakfast in the morning.
- Reminding them to take their medication.
- Being a listening ear and to treat clients with the respect and dignity that everyone deserves.

**Qualifications**:
You do not need any previous experience or qualifications in order to become a CAREGiver, as we will provide industry leading training to get you up to speed. However, we do look for people with the following:
- Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting, positive relationships with our clients
- Basic cooking skills
- Bags of compassion, and a passion for supporting others
- Genuine interest in becoming a part of a caring, mission led organisation, who pride themselves on delivering an outstanding service
