Newly created, this Finance & Operations Manager position will put you right at the heart of one of the most innovative and exciting tech businesses in Scotland who are fundamentally changing their chosen market.
A tech start up, they have enjoyed rapid success in their four year trading history amassing numerous awards and accolades within the commercial insurance space.
And with a global launch already well underway, things are only just getting started.
You'll be joining the business to lead the finance and operations team based in Dundee where you'll build on the existing infrastructure and finance framework to really put your own stamp on things.
It's a fast paced, innovative and continuously evolving environment and you'll essentially be free to help shape and design the department.
Your day to day will include;
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts at Cost center level
- Relationship with 3rd party supplier of BI's monthly management accounts with specific responsibility for accuracy and timeliness
- Monthly and Year to Date Variance analysis to budget and forecasts
- Ownership of proposition revenue drivers supporting revenue execution
- Production of margin analytics
- Ownership of cashflow forecasting models.
- Payroll management
- Expenses management
- Ownership of invoice payment processes
- Support to all Cost Centre Managers
Ideally you'll be a part or fully qualified Accountant who thrives in an environment where ideas are shared, implemented and encouraged.
The position is Dundee based although you'll have the option to operate in a blended capacity sharing time between the office and home.
