**Planning Portal - Web Content Executive**

**Bristol - office based with the option for home working 2 days per week**

**Full Time, 40 hours**

**£25-28k + company performance bonus**

**Overview**

Working in the Operations Team and reporting to the Web Content Manger, as the Content Executive for the Planning Portal you will play a vital role in supporting the Business Development and Operations teams. You will work with those teams and our partnersto create content for the website and publish and distribute the weekly newsletter and monthly bulletins. You will also create example screens for new services and report on the effectiveness of the content and our services.
- Use the CMS to publish new or improved Planning Portal content and ensure that new and existing content is correct, comprehensible and informative. Changes in content may be a result of legislation changes, user feedback or general improvement and mustbe delivered in a timely way
- Work with the Business Development Team to write, proof and publish industry and company news, blog articles and guidance notes. Use the content to build and distribute a weekly newsletter and monthly bulletin to our large subscriber list using MailChimp.Review and report on usage of the newsletter and Bulletins.
- Use Adobe suite of products to create images and material such as digital handbooks, media pack, adverts and reports.
- Work closely with the business development team to manage the production of our monthly insight report.
- Curate content for the website, blog, communications and guidance notes. Adhere to our house editorial and style guides in your own work and proof-read documents to ensure adherence by others
- Research and identify new areas of content of interest to users, as well as tools and products which can also support revenue generation.
- Create mock ups for new services or partner content using the CMS. Indicating layout, signposting and user journey. Once agreements are finalised, build the proposed designs.
- Use Google Analytics and other reporting tools to regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of our website and our other plugged in services. Understand the results and identify how and where improvements can be made as well as sharing positive performance.
- Understand our audiences and products and proactively seek out and suggest improvements and new technologies
