We are a family run catering butchers supplying Restaurants, Hotels and Pubs across the Northwest.

Due to continued growth we are looking for a butcher to join our existing team.

**Requirements**:

- Portion control
- Time management
- Jointing
- Trimming
- De-boning

Working hours are between 6am-2.40pm, Saturday mornings and additional hours may be required during busy times to meet the needs of the business.

Immediate start.

**Benefits**:

- Salary starts at £11.50 per hour.

**Experience**:

- Butchering: 1 year (required)
