Spire Healthcare is a leading independent hospital group that has been putting patients at the heart of everything we do for over 40 years. We have 39 hospitals, 10 clinics and a Specialist Cancer Care Centre across England, Wales and Scotland.

We are now looking to recruit a remote, Systems Support Coordinator to join our existing team. As a System Support Coordinator you will provide support to hospital users in relation to set up and maintenance of standing data within the accounting and expenses systems. You will ensure that all electronic invoicing is distributed as well as accurately reflecting any changes to data, at appropriate times.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Resolving requests and queries from workflow systems including:

- SpireLinks / ServiceNow
- Presence
- Expenses by Allocate
- Department and personal mailboxes
- Ensuring effective communication is maintained if delays are incurred
- Promptly referring complex queries to the Systems Accounting Supervisor
- Administering the mechanism for transmitting PMI bills via EDI
- Creating and publishing statistics in relation to the EDI and expenses systems
- Liaising with all relevant departments to resolve billing and expenses queries
- Administering the mechanism for employee expense reimbursement
- Engaging in process reviews with a view to improving efficiency and accuracy of all department processes

**Who we're looking for**:

- Educated to at least GCSE level (or equivalent) to include English & Mathematics
- Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and enthusiastic approach to tasks in the face of changing priorities
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
- Keen attention to detail
- Proven PC skills, proven experience with spreadsheets is desirable
