Band 4 Speech & Language Therapy Assistant
Permanent, part time - 3 days per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Speech and Language Therapy Assistant role within our Community Learning Disability Team that serves the local population of adults with learning disabilities in the Coventry & Rugby areas.

The post will be permanent position as a Speech Therapy Assistant supporting the work of the Coventry & Rugby Speech Therapy team whilst including some flexibility to support with resources for the wider Learning disability team. The post holder will work under the direction and supervision of the Lead Speech and Language Therapist to complete administrative duties; prepare therapy resources and implement therapy programmes for adults with communication difficulties and learning disabilities.
The service received an overall rating of Good by the CQC and an Outstanding for care and compassion of which we are rightly proud. We have also been recognised both locally and nationally by receiving awards for the services we provide.
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.
Services are provided to a population of over one million people living in Coventry and Warwickshire and also a wider geographical area in some of our specialist services, we see on average around 5,000 patients every day.
