Office Administrator

**Responsibilities include**:
- Responsible for ensuring that all the necessary compliance documentation has been obtained for new contractors to comply with applicable laws and regulations and HM Revenue and Customs requirements.
- To assist with monitoring and actioning specific client compliance processes and screening. Working closely with the team lead and effectively escalating any issues within the process.
- Assisting with client compliance audits, chasing and collating requested information, in addition to preparing required audit packs.
- Responsible for monitoring the central contracts inbox, effectively actioning and responding to queries, distributing contract/compliance related communications to contracts team members and managing inbox admin tasks.
- Assisting on special projects, from time to time, as needed.
- Other general administrative duties when/if required.

- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure or to tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
