Tradesman/Woman to develop into MVHR Lead Installer / Site Lead

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized **MVHR Lead Installer** to take charge of planning and leading our installation projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee installations, coordinate teams, and act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders. You will spend on average **one day in the office** (for planning and coordination) and **four days on-site** ensuring projects run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- **Plan and schedule installation projects**, ensuring timelines, resources, and materials are in place.
- **Lead and organize the installation team**, delegating tasks and ensuring quality workmanship.
- **Liaise with clients and potential customers**, providing updates, technical advice, and support throughout the installation process.
- **Coordinate with the design and engineering team** to optimize system layouts and resolve technical challenges.
- **Oversee on-site installations**, ensuring compliance with regulations, safety standards, and company quality expectations.
- **Conduct system testing and checks**, resolving issues as needed and ensuring handover readiness.
- **Contribute to continuous improvement**, providing feedback on processes, equipment, and training needs.

**Requirements**:

- Strong trade background in plumbing, heating, ventilation, or electrical work.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in site-based roles.
- Familiarity with MVHR or ventilation systems (training provided if required).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to balance office planning with on-site leadership.
- Full UK driving license required.

Pay: £27,500.00-£34,000.00 per year
