We’re looking for an a Front of House Administrator to join our Business Services department, who are responsible for the management of Facilities, Property and Procurement.
This is a busy front of house and administration role where you’ll be responsible for providing administration support to our Business Services team, as well as managing a wide range of administration and front of house activities. If you enjoy working independently, completing tasks to high standards and providing excellent customer service, this is the role for you

Your key responsibilities in the position of Front of House Administrator include:
- You will be responsible for all front of house services and reception, including meeting and greeting visitors and contractors; and issuing and managing access passes
- You will support the Executive team including diary management, accommodation, travel, events and any ad hoc requests received
- You will support the Office Manager with Group wide DSE requirements as well as ensuring the Health and Safety and Security policies are adhered to
Please note**, **you will work on a weekly rotating shift to provide cover on our reception desk. The shift patterns are 8am to 4pm and 9am to 5pm.

**About You**:
We're looking for a confident administrator with front of house/reception experience and excellent communication skills. You will be confident to interact with colleagues at all levels, including senior leaders, with excellent organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
In addition, you will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
