We are currently looking to add a Trainee Resident Liaison Officer/ Trainee Tenant Liaison Officer to join our ever-growing team here at Connollys

This role is based within the Bury area of Greater Manchester.

As long as you have a background in customer service/ face to face customer service/ admin work/ care related roles, you’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where problem-solving, patience, and attention to detail are valued.

We operate within the social housing sector, providing holistic housing services to local authorities and housing associations throughout the Northwest, North Wales and West Yorkshire

**What you will be responsible for**
- Working alongside a Resident Liaison Officer to learn ‘on the job’
- Liaising with residents about the works being undertaken on their property
- Admin work such as filing, computer work and sending letters
- Handling complaints and resolving any issues that arise
- Promoting a positive image of the company and it’s work in the local community

**What we’d like from you**
- Must be an excellent communicator and a natural problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be confident polite and courteous when communicating and building relationships with residents, clients, and site operatives
- Must be able to work independently as well as being a team player
- Excellent organisational skills and a strong work ethic
- Good IT skills with competency at Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must hold a full clean driving licence
