**The Role**

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team, either full-time or part-time. In this role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients, handling their bookkeeping and VAT submissions. This position is office-based in Farnborough.

**What You’ll Do**
- Perform monthly and quarterly bookkeeping tasks and prepare VAT returns.
- Ensure VAT returns are submitted accurately and on time.
- Prepare accounts up to trial balance, including control account reconciliations.

**What We Offer**
- A flexible position: full-time or part-time (minimum 25 hours per week).
- Competitive salary between £30,000 and £40,000 per year, based on a 37.5-hour week and experience.
- 28 days of holiday per year (including bank holidays), based on a 37.5-hour, 5-day work week.

**Who We’re Looking For**

To excel in this role, you should:

- Have at least 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Possess prior experience in an accounting practice managing a varied portfolio of bookkeeping clients.
- Have strong knowledge of different VAT schemes.
- Be exceptionally detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Be eligible to work in the UK.
