A leading service provider in the rehabilitation and case management arena is currently looking for Occupational Therapists to join as Vocational Case Managers, playing a key role as part of an expanding network of expert clinicians providing first classclinical assessment services to corporate occupational rehabilitation customers across the UK.
This is a flexible zero hours contract role with attractive hourly rate of up to £22.00 dependent on experience. You would be provided with supportive CPD and training opportunities, clinical escalations and case support (including quality assuring assessment reports).
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business dedicated to ensuring everyone who requires rehabilitation in the UK has access to quality, effective and co-ordinated services. You would be based out of Cambridge ideally with regular travel across the Southeast.Travel expenses fully covered.
**The Role**
You would be tasked with providing first class clinical assessment services for corporate occupational rehabilitation customers across the UK, delivering a range of physical and mental health services in-person and remotely via telephone & video. You wouldbe dealing with a broad range of issues, from mild/moderate acute conditions, to longer-standing complex conditions, from employees who are struggling at work, through to assessing capability (or disability) to work within the role or business. This role offersa great opportunity for clinicians to positively impact employee health, wellbeing and workplace performance, as well as supporting customers with workplace initiatives and delivering highly tailored solutions.
Day to day responsibilities will include
- First class clinical assessment of customer employees; absence, absence prevention etc
- Stakeholder management including pre and post assessment discussion of needs
- Post-assessment case management
- Tailored training production and delivery, contributing to training and social media marketing activity
- You will require a suitable clinical background in fields such as Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Rehabilitation (or similar)
- Understanding of absence management and HR/employment policies
- Experience of rehabilitation case management
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service as well as first class clinical assessment services
