Contract Concept Artist

FitXR is a fitness technology company working at the cutting edge of VR and MR, building a movement for movement.

**TLDR**

We’ve got a freelance Concept Artist role for someone who takes Art seriously and wants to add to an already incredible team. As a Concept Artist, you will work closely with the Creative Director and lead the visual exploration of our environments

**Where you’ll spend your time**
- Conceptualising and developing distinctive designs for world-building and workout environments, ensuring they align with the overall theme and objectives of the project
- Creating engaging and immersive environments that motivate and excite users
- Collaborating with the Creative Director and wider teams by engaging in brainstorming sessions to conceptualise visual elements
- Designing specific elements, including environmental scenery, lighting, and colour schemes
- Proposing unique features that enhance user interaction and overall experience
- Iterating on designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders
- Contributing to the creation of visually compelling and cohesive experiences

**We’d love to see from you**
- Proven experience as a Concept Artist
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual and environmental design skill
- A strong background in stylised realism with painterly-like qualities, showcasing your ability to bring a diverse range of visual styles to life
- A genuine passion for VR, MR, and Fitness, demonstrating your enthusiasm for pushing the boundaries of artistic expression in the context of immersive fitness experiences
- Proficiency in digital art tools and software
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Be an artist at heart
