**Team Leader: 15-20 Hours a week.**

**Friday/Saturday/Sunday**

The Flavour Trailer is recognised as Northamptonshire's favourite burger, our food is so good we have won multiple awards for it. We serve delicious food in both Northamptonshire and Leicestershire seven days a week. We take pride in every detail from picking the very best ingredients through to our customer service.

We are looking for a team leader who can effectively run a small team and serve great food, whilst maintaining company standards and keeping our customers happy across both counties.

Here at the Flavour Trailer, our customers expect very high standards when it comes to our food, as do we, which must be met and maintained at all times. Service is very fast-paced and attention to detail is crucial, a good understanding and experience in management or team leading are essential to thrive in this role.

As a team leader, you will be trained in all sections to a competent level, and aid with onsite staff training when required. You will be responsible for running five evening services a week, you will meet a mobile catering unit at various sites across both counties, (mileage is clocked and paid for monthly) Setting up and closing down the kitchen daily by following checklists and filling out daily reports/records and attending weekly meetings.

Key Skills:

- Able to drive and/or have own means of transport.
- Lead a busy food service with the support of a small team.
- Be proficient across multiple sections (training provided)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great customer service skills
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the workplace.
- Follow the directives and systems set out by upper management.
