Join us as a Pricing Lead
- We’re looking for someone to optimise profit and deliver new pricing capabilities in line with our risk appetite and regulatory requirements
- Day-to-day, you'll be supporting the delivery of our overall customer business area strategies and financial performance
- In this influential role, you’ll be providing outstanding leadership and management to your team

**What you'll do**:
We’re looking for someone to manage, grow and develop a centre of expertise for all pricing, transformation, optimisation, and modelling matters. You'll also provide direction to your team to help deliver key pricing initiatives.

As well as this, you’ll be using your pricing expertise to lead the management of pricing for existing products to help create new product propositions, acting as the key contact on pricing matters with senior stakeholders.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with key stakeholders to develop plans and strategies for pricing across mortgages, loans, cards and savings
- Planning for multiple outcomes in response to changes in the competitive and regulatory environment
- Developing the right settings for credit risk parameters and margin management, while providing your expertise to Scrum meetings
- Inputting into the development of an analytics strategy that supports our business strategy

**The skills you'll need**:
In this role, you'll need good analytical skills and be an excellent problem-solver, which means you'll have no problem with complex data. If you also have experience in pricing, interpreting regulations and providing good customer outcomes, that would be beneficial.

You’ll also be expected to have:

- Good commercial and financial acumen, with an excellent understanding of profit and loss
- Great communication skills and the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- An understanding of how to provide an innovative approach to data-based problem-solving
- Creative, conceptual and systematic thinking skills to consider the wider consequences of each decision and to deliver creative solutions
- Experience of leading and managing both team members and senior stakeholders
