A renowned business are going through a period of growth following numerous acquisitions and have created an exciting job opportunity for a Sales Support Executive. This is an amazing opportunity for someone coming from a similar background or an establishedadministrator looking to working in a new exciting sector.

Job duties:

- Obtain a finance decision, advise the customer of the finance company's decision (where appropriate)
- Obtain additional information, where appropriate, from the customer and transfer this to the to the finance company (if instructed)
- Prepare a fully completed customer file, for transferring the deal to the administration team. The file will include a signed customer order, a fully completed customer finance proposal, an administration fee receipt (where applicable) and a finance approval.
- Ensure the order is routed to correct dealership and followed up as required
- Understand and resolve customer queries
- Follow up on deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction
