**The role**

An excellent opportunity for an experienced and dedicated administrator to join a well established, Independent Financial Adviser based on the outskirts of Woking. Must have a mature, professional attitude and the ability to produce accurate and detailedwork to a consistently high standard.

**Typical responsibilities**
- General administration support for the Financial Advisers
- Inputting and maintaining the back-office system
- Ensuring client files are kept up to date and meet Compliance standards
- Processing new business, placing trades, submitting pension and investment transfers
- Preparing letters of authority,
- Contacting Providers and liaising with clients
- Preparing valuations and performance reports
- Preparing client reviews
- Compile client meeting packs
